Triviality

I'm watching American Idol while I'm working from home tonight. But, I can't concentrate on the music because of the song theme this week. The performers had to pick songs from their birth years and....wow. I remember when a lot of these songs came out! I can't believe there are performers that were born in 1995.

I haven't felt this old in a while.

Oy. Now I'm going to go back to drinking decaf tea while I work (and I had to switch to decaf at night within the past year because all of a sudden drinking regular tea kept me up all night).

(And don't get me started on how I can't do shots anymore because they give me heartburn)

(Which leads to hangovers that last two days)

I'm just going to wrap myself up in an afghan and eat at Luby's.
