MCP Project 52: 12/52 From the Jewelry Box

I'm so, so behind on these. I know. Last week was pure chaos at work. This week is slightly better. Slightly. It's so different (in a good way) at the new job. At my old place, we would gossip about new cases possibly coming in and celebrate when they did. Here? It seems like every other day I'm getting a new case.

So let's just say it's been an adjustment. My to-do list is an ever-shifting goal that mocks me. But the funny thing is - I don't care that I'm so busy and hectic. I really enjoy the people I work with and what I'm doing now. Can you really ask for more?

All that preamble is to distract you from the fact that this photo is late. The theme was "From the Jewelry Box" and my picture from a few weeks ago of my necklaces would have been perfect. This week I found my new favorite pair of earrings (which should be familiar to my sister...) and took a picture of them.

I actually like how the light reflects off the facets. What you can't see is how colorful these are and how they match everything.

This week's theme is "Just for Fun." The bluebonnets are blooming like crazy now, so two guesses as to what this week's picture will be.
