MCP Project 52: 7/52 "Open Your Heart"

I know, I know, it's been over a week since I've updated this blog. I finally got pulled in to *many* new cases at work and I've spent this past week playing catch up.

This weekend was also a whirlwind. The Husband was in town all week, but somehow we managed to be out ALL day Saturday. Brunch with my parents, Costco, grocery store (and hey - the grocery store and Costco definitely were not a mistake and were not ridiculously crowded and overpacked with desperate-looking men buying flower arrangements), and then our wine store. Then we cooked dinner for our Valentine's Day. Because the Husband is a misanthrope and even though I'm outgoing, my absolute pet peeve is being stuck in crowds.

Anyway! We've never been a huge "Valentine's Day" couple. In fact, in college the Husband (back then he was The Boyfriend) would buy me a flower arrangement on February 15th because then it would be half-price. So, color me shocked on this Monday when a GORGEOUS flower arrangement was delivered to me at the new office. And it was from the Husband! I first thought it was from a vendor that we always use for litigation (they gave us wine for Christmas, so it wasn't an illogical conclusion).

So here's my picture of (some) of the flowers I got. I took it with my iPhone and then used my new favorite thing in the world, the Instamatic app.
